I had a major remodel I wanted to undertake and needed professional support to make sure it went well. I was referred to Felicia Roth of Dedicated Design & Renovation and a contractor she partners with. My experience working with Felicia on my project was amazing. She met with me to understand what I wanted and was outstanding helping create a vision for the project, based on my personal preferences. This was a complete interior re-model, so there were a lot of projects. Felicia's personal investment in making sure every part looked perfect, was such a blessing. She went with me to shop for the right items, met regularly at the home to discuss the progress and any adjustments and most importantly worked closely with the contractor to help ensure they both created an ultra high end outcome. And they did just that! Mine was a major overhaul to the home that just looked spectacular when finished.
Every single item matched perfectly and the coordination of all the projects left a magnificently integrated result. Felicia's artistic talent and vision to create a perfect home for me really came through. She created a beautiful mural on a custom cafe overlooking my living room, created custom artwork and furnishings and artistically repurposed numerous frames and tables to match the interior perfectly! The carpentry, construction, installations and finishes done by Tony, the contractor, went flawlessly and was very high quality. I am very thankful for the referral I received and the time I got to spend with Felicia on this project. There is no way my home would have looked like it does without her expertise.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Felicia Roth the designer and business owner of Dedicated Design & Renovation on numerous projects over 25 years. These projects have included new build and remodeling construction, landscaping, interior and exterior design. I have found Felicia to have the perfect mix of left brain and right brain, she is an amazing designer and artist who has a wonderful business mind. I’ve had a construction company for many years and my ability to grow that business for the most part has relied on word of mouth. It’s because of this that Felicia has been invaluable to me. When meeting a potential client for the first time, having the ability to use Felicia’s creative and business skills has made all the difference. She has an innate ability to communicate with the client in a professional yet personable way by asking the appropriate questions, doing background on what their taste, budget, needs and timeline for the project are. In so doing, she is able to put them at ease that the job will be done beautifully, in budget, to their taste and on time.
In having Felicia help me on projects, I can honestly say I have never had an unhappy customer and I attribute that to her selections of colors, style, her budgeting, finish work and customer service along with the quality hard work we both provide. She has an eye for detail, always gives sound advice and tailors the choices for the client (and she always gives them many options) in such a way that they feel the wonderful outcome they receive is also through choices they made for themselves. Felicia personally knows how to make things work partially because she is skilled in tiling, painting, sheetrock, mud & tape, plastering, stuccoing, installing floors, planting the proper plants for landscapes etc. etc.
Felicia’s business acumen and background is truly impressive. She has a vast knowledge of multiple parts of the construction and design industry. I was not surprised to find out that as a younger person she was presented the Junior Entrepreneur of the Year award from Ewing Kaufman at an awards ceremony in Kansas City. It’s that background and business savvy that has allowed her to help with construction of commercial properties such as a Community Arts Center that included a dinner theater, art gallery, offices and class rooms in the Kansas City area where she was responsible for the schematic drawings, floor plans, working with the construction crew daily, meeting inspectors, engineers and completing the design setup. All of which she excels at. She understands fully how important it is to combine beauty with functionality and has great foresight and attention to detail. She saves clients costs by doing floor plans then submits them to architects for finalized drawings for city approval. She’s also great at understanding how important planning is to a seamless completion of a project. This allows her to meet with the different companies, vendors, tradespersons and city officials to ensure the project meets with its successful and timely completion. And a great quality that Felicia possesses, is that she doesn’t just meet with people, she develops and creates relationships that foster an enjoyable and productive working relationship. In many instances those working relationships with clients and professionals, because of the way she works with and treats people, become lifelong friendships.
In 25+ years of working with Felicia I have recognized that her creativity, intelligence and professionalism has been a huge benefit to myself! She is without question one of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! If you’re looking for someone to help make your project function in a truly beautiful way, I would highly recommend Felicia Roth of Dedicated Design & Renovation!
